Product Description

Harvia Legend Sauna Heater

The Harvia Legend sauna heater represents one of the most original and authentic ways to enjoy a sauna. With its distinctive design and solid construction, this model brings traditional Finnish sauna culture directly into modern sauna cabins. A particularly characteristic feature is the robust steel frame with patina, which can hold a large quantity of sauna stones and therefore provides an exceptionally intense yet pleasantly soft sauna experience.

Thanks to the open structure of the stone chamber, water can be distributed evenly over the entire surface during an infusion. The result is especially even, dense and long-lasting steam that feels noticeably more pleasant than with conventional closed heaters. The Harvia Legend shows its strength particularly at lower temperatures, creating a gentle, deeply effective sauna climate.

PO11 and PO165 models

One major advantage of the Harvia Legend is its flexibility in placement. Thanks to its round design, the heater can either be positioned centrally in the room or elegantly integrated into the sauna benches. This creates entirely new design possibilities for modern and high-quality sauna installations.

Operation is carried out via a separate control unit, for example with the proven Harvia Xenio, C150 or C260 systems. This external control enables precise temperature regulation and ensures safe and comfortable use. It is important to note that variants without an integrated control unit must always be planned with a suitable additional control unit.

The Harvia Legend is therefore not just a sauna heater, but a well-thought-out system that combines design, functionality and classic sauna culture at the highest level.

Important Information on Installation and Use

The installation of an electric sauna heater such as the Harvia Legend requires careful planning and compliance with all safety-related requirements. It is particularly important to match the heater output to the sauna volume. The Harvia Legend is designed for cabins from 9 m³ to 35 m³, making it suitable both for larger private saunas and for commercial applications.

A key point is the correct filling of the heater with stones. The maximum stone quantity should not exceed 200 kg. The stones must be stacked loosely so that air can circulate optimally. Filling the stones too tightly can negatively affect performance and lead to overheating. Sauna stones are also not included in the delivery and must be purchased separately.

Another crucial aspect is the electrical installation. Models without an integrated control unit absolutely require an external control system. Connection may only be carried out by a qualified specialist in order to ensure safe operation and avoid jeopardising warranty claims.

The placement of the heater also plays an important role. Thanks to its round design, the Harvia Legend can either stand freely in the room or be integrated into the sauna benches. The prescribed safety distances from combustible materials must always be observed in order to prevent overheating of the surrounding area.

Proper sauna ventilation is also essential. Sufficient air supply ensures stable temperature development and prevents system overload. At the same time, it improves the quality of the sauna climate and significantly increases comfort during use.

Warranty & Conditions

The general warranty conditions of the manufacturer apply to the Harvia Legend. The prerequisite for making a warranty claim is professional installation by qualified personnel and use in accordance with the technical specifications.

The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects. Wear parts and sauna stones are not covered, as these must be replaced regularly. The warranty may also become void in the event of improper installation, incorrect stone filling or a missing external control unit.

It is expressly recommended to follow all installation and usage instructions provided by the manufacturer carefully. Only in this way can the maximum service life of the heater be ensured and safe operation guaranteed.
