Description
Our exclusive luxury model of the oval barrel sauna with terrace and changing room for up to 6 people. The compact construction with a covered terrace not only blends beautifully into your garden but also provides optimal thermal efficiency thanks to its special design. You can choose between a wood-burning or electric sauna heater. We install durable, German-market-optimized branded heaters from Harvia for both heating types.
For relaxation, 1.83-meter-long alder wood benches are installed inside the sauna. A wooden door with a viewing window leads into the pre-room. The door to the sauna room is made of safety glass. An optional tilt window built into the sauna area offers a beautiful view of your garden during the session and can also be used for ventilation afterwards.
Health and Wellness
The popular sauna bath is pure wellness culture and has a thoroughly positive effect on body, mind, and soul. A visit to the sauna promotes health, strengthens the immune system, improves blood circulation, and cleanses the skin.
Sauna sessions are especially recommended after sports, as improved circulation helps relieve tension. Sauna bathing also speeds up the recovery of sore muscles, minor injuries, and strains.
Even for acute pain or issues with the musculoskeletal system, the sauna offers relief. The heat treatment releases endorphins – the body's natural happiness hormones – which relieve pain and lift your mood.
Sauna bathing is not only relaxing but also helps strengthen your immune system. Body temperature rises, blood vessels expand, and you begin to sweat. Sweating helps naturally detoxify the body from within.
The combination of heat in the sauna and cooling down afterwards not only stimulates circulation but also helps the body adapt to temperature changes in colder seasons, reducing the risk of colds.
With your own barrel sauna, you turn your garden into a private wellness oasis – a place of peace and renewal for body and soul.
