The ambient temperature probe is ideal when you want to keep a close eye on the cooking chamber temperature while grilling, smoking or slow-cooking. When used with a compatible iGrill or Weber Connect device, the temperature can be monitored conveniently via smartphone.
Thanks to its robust stainless steel construction, the probe is heat-resistant and designed for temperatures from -30 to +300 °C. Attaching it to the cooking grate ensures that the temperature is measured exactly where your food is located.
One temperature probe is included. The probe also features a practical storage holder and four color indicators, making it easier to identify multiple probes.
For a long service life, the probe should be cleaned carefully. Do not immerse the probe or probe cable in water and do not clean it in the dishwasher. Instead, wipe the probe with a damp towel or wipe, making sure that no liquid enters the opening between the probe and the probe cable.
