Using Bluetooth® wireless technology, you can easily connect the temperature probe to the Weber Connect® app. This allows you to read temperatures quickly and accurately on your smartphone and receive practical guidance on when your food should be flipped or served. Doneness notifications also help you achieve the desired cooking level with confidence.
The 2nd generation sensor measures precisely within just a few degrees and is suitable for temperatures up to a maximum of 420 °C. This makes the device a practical solution for both classic grilling and oven use. Whether steaks, fish, seafood, or roasts – the temperature probe helps you prepare food with perfect accuracy.
Thanks to its dual function, you can monitor not only the temperature of your food but also the grill grate or ambient temperature. A suitable mounting clip for the grill grate is already included in the scope of delivery. The 0.91 m cable can be wound smoothly and stored neatly.
