The plancha simply replaces the right-side cooking grate, creating a stable and evenly heated surface for foods that are difficult to cook on traditional grates. This makes preparing delicate or smaller items much easier and more controlled.
Made from porcelain-enameled cast iron, the WEBER CRAFTED Plancha delivers excellent heat retention and even heat distribution across the entire surface. This ensures consistent cooking results and reliable performance.
The raised edge around the griddle helps keep oil, marinades and seasonings in place. This improves control during cooking and keeps your grill cleaner.
To use the plancha, you need a WEBER CRAFTED compatible grill, the appropriate base frame and grill grates. Please check compatibility with your grill before purchasing.
