With its generous surface, the Deluxe Plancha provides ideal conditions for versatile grilling ideas. It is perfect for foods that are difficult to handle on a traditional cooking grate and opens up new possibilities for breakfast, seafood and finely chopped vegetables directly on your grill.
The angled surface allows excess juices and liquids to drain away easily. This ensures clean and convenient cooking, while the heavy cast iron construction retains heat reliably and distributes it evenly across the surface.
The porcelain-enameled finish makes the plancha particularly easy to maintain. It is simple to clean and does not require seasoning. This makes it a practical upgrade for anyone looking to expand their Genesis II gas grill with a high-quality cooking plate.
The plancha replaces one cooking grate and is compatible with Genesis II 300, 400 and 600 series grills. For maximum grilling capacity, Weber recommends an additional cooking grate for certain configurations.
