The durable plancha retains heat efficiently and distributes it evenly across the entire surface. This ensures consistent cooking results while preventing smaller or delicate foods from falling through the grill grate.
The Weber GBS Plancha is designed for use with Gourmet BBQ System grates. Simply remove the round grate insert and replace it with the plancha, which stays securely in place during use.
With compact dimensions of 5.1 cm height, 30.5 cm width and 38.5 cm depth, it is ideal for a wide range of grilling applications. For best performance and long-lasting durability, hand washing is recommended.
