The hinged cooking grate made of coated steel, together with the Gourmet BBQ System, opens up many additional grilling possibilities. Thanks to adjustable air vents on the lid and bowl, heat can be finely regulated. This allows both classic direct grilling as well as low-temperature cooking and smoking. The P-setting supports optimal airflow for low & slow applications.
The porcelain-enameled bowl and lid are designed for durability and are resistant to rust, peeling and scratches. At the same time, they retain heat reliably, creating ideal conditions for even grilling results.
Additional convenient features include the Tuck-Away lid holder, two integrated tool hooks on the bowl handle, heat-resistant handles, a bottom wire rack and a durable charcoal grate. The three rust-resistant aluminum legs are 5 cm higher than standard kettle grills, ensuring a comfortable working height.
After grilling, the stainless steel One-Touch cleaning system ensures clean and effortless maintenance. Ash is simply moved into the closed ash catcher. With two durable all-weather wheels, the grill can then be easily rolled to its storage place.
