The cooking surface of the Weber SLATE GPSB 76 cm Premium Griddle reaches over 260 °C and distributes heat evenly across the entire griddle surface. This ensures your food is heated reliably and cooked evenly – ideal for quick meals, crispy searing and versatile preparation directly on the griddle.
With the digital temperature display, you can keep an eye on the cooking surface temperature at all times. This makes grilling easier to control and helps you prepare burgers, vegetables, seafood, stir-fry dishes and many other foods with precision.
The porcelain-enamelled non-stick cast-iron cooking surface is ready to use immediately and allows comfortable griddle cooking. Three stainless steel burners deliver a total output of 10.6 kW, while the additional 3.5 kW side burner provides a practical separate area for sauces and side dishes.
The Weber Works preparation, grilling and storage system provides more organisation and flexibility at the grill. Grilling and cleaning tools remain within easy reach, food and spices can be conveniently carried to the griddle, the side table can be turned into a preparation station, and accessories can be stored in tightly sealed containers. Matching accessories are sold separately.
The well-designed equipment includes two side tables, an expandable right side table, an enclosed cabinet, an extra-large front grease tray, two tool hooks and a tool rest with a dishwasher-safe mat that protects the rest from dirt during grilling.
