The Smokey Mountain Cooker takes you back to the origins of grilling. Its upright smoking chamber and well-designed construction create an intense smoky aroma that gives meat, fish and even cheese a distinctive flavour.
Inside the smoking chamber are two coated steel cooking grates with a diameter of 47 cm. This creates a spacious, tiered cooking area where you can smoke ribs and roasts at the same time. Juicy salmon, pulled pork and aromatic cheese also turn out reliably.
The integrated water pan serves several purposes: it catches dripping juices, generates steam and helps maintain a stable temperature inside the smoker. This allows food to cook for hours at a low temperature without drying out.
The bowl, lid and centre section are porcelain-enamelled and designed for durability. The charcoal ring and sturdy steel charcoal grate provide space for hot briquettes, while the closely spaced bars prevent shrinking coals from falling through too quickly.
Three different air vents, four rust-resistant aluminium vents and the integrated lid thermometer ensure precise temperature control. The rust-resistant aluminium door to the charcoal chamber lets you add charcoal at any time during smoking.
The glass-reinforced nylon lid handle protects your hands from heat, while three rust-resistant aluminium legs ensure stable positioning on different surfaces. A lightweight and durable premium cover is also included to protect the smoker reliably.
